My daughter did at the age of 4 just to say hi to the police . Well they showed up knocking on my door . She was so happy and excited to see the car and officers through the window. I opened the door to see why they were here . She’s so happy to say I wanted to say hi to them . They were not mad . She got a hug from them and explained to say hi when she sees them is ok , but not to call to say hi

I remember being 6 and calling 911 from a pay phone at a restaraunt because I didn’t think the call would go through since I didn’t put any money in. It went through, and the operator sternly, but patiently, told me to only call in emergencies. I was so embarrassed I didn’t even tell my parents about it

I was a very curious child but never in my fckn adolescent life did I think of contacting law enforcement or firefighters I think because I watched cops show with dad a lot lol

I used to call the operator just to ask the time 😂🤣 kid shii 🤷♀️she yelled at me one day to stop playing on the phone and I never did again 😂

one time my mom gave me a phone that was "turned off" and i thought she meant like ACTUALLY turned off like powered down, so i dialed 911 and pressed the call button. the phone wasn't turned off she meant the service. it went through and the lady explained it to me to not do it again and i was so scared 🤣 i was like 4 years old ok 😭

My 5yr old daughter called 911 early one morning, because she thought it was Santa’s number. The operator played along and then explained to me the situation when my daughter woke me up with the phone telling me santa wanted to talk to me🤣
