I was there and called 911. My husband walked towards it too. One of the craziest things we’ve ever seen and heard (and we’re born and raised Chicagoans!)

My daughter lives there and I am pretty sure Chicago is the murder capital of the United States and is the most dangerous city of the United States so be careful there are no police anywhere. I have been there so many times I’ve seen people get mugged. It’s just a mess there and no one does anything about it that’s sad that your kids had to see that.

Omg! So my husband is a cop (in Chicago) and I’ve been with him twice when there were domestics happening in front of us. Once we were just the two of us in a parking lot and he went over and handled it while waiting for the cops to come, but the second time our son was with us (he’s 6) and my husband had to draw his weapon and everything. It was horrible! Thinking of your sweet kiddos and that woman.
