This reminds me of the Robert Robertson case who is still on death row in Texas although they have been able to delay it twice, once by mere hours before his execution. This is why I do not believe in the death penalty. A jury is made up of a group of people from all different educational backgrounds, some who can be easily convinced. We are flawed and we make mistakes, we should not be able to make decisions concerning someone’s life.
