18 minutes is cause the offside was being looked at anf when portugal scored their celebration lasted 2 minutes so it was guaranteed to go to 102 minute,there were alot of offsides and fouls so the 10 minutes is understandable and croatia got an attack going at 102 and it lasted till 103
