I went to my dermatologist appointment and she asked me my skincare routine and I told her that I skin flood and she told me that it was working for my skin and to keep it up. I was so afraid she was going to push back. Thank you for all that you do and changing how we all do skincare now. I can’t live without it.

You really are such a light. And such an advocate to taking care of yourself. You helped me realized that I needed to take the time to take care of myself and deserved the time for myself. Having four kids it’s hard. But they now know face care time is mom’s time. And because of that they now have their own little skincare routines. Teaching self care is what you do. The message is clear and I love that.

I’m going to be annoying and probably comment this until I get an answer but I need to know how to skin flood with my products 🤣🥹 After I cleanse, I use CBD skin mist, drmtlgy needless serum and needless growth factor, then moisturizer. Azelaic acid in the AM, tretinoin in the PM. I’m thinking of changing the CBD skin mist even though I love it because it’s so expensive. 😩 My skin barrier is in excellent shape. I I need suggestions for any toners. And if my order in which I apply needs to be adjusted I’ll take that advice too lol.
