So USING the harness, 1.6% of what’s going on is the AI, and yes it’s the magic that unleashes AI. But ALSO 90% of that harness itself was in fact written by Claude… so it’s software 90% written BY AI, that only 1.6% of its execution logic is actually doing the AI part. Very cool

the 1.6% figure measures client side typescript loc, not ai logic. the actual ai consists of multi-hundred billions parameter neural nets running remotely. judging how much "ai" a product uses by counting local wrapper lines is like measuring an operating system by the thickness of the chip. its just clickbait influencers and social media sensationalism
