most people think of business investments as an expense instead of how can this make me a marketing opportunity where I can 10x my return...the mindset of biz owners always looking at cutting back but then go out and buy something that is not an income producing purchase kills biz growth and eventually when compounded can make a business go bankrupt...i have spent 40 years building off line businesses and I used to think from a scarcity mindset...when I learned how to turn expenses into marketing opportunities...that is when my businesses scaled...

This is one of the biggest mindset shifts in business. Cutting costs has a limit. Investing in the right skills, systems, and relationships doesn't. The real question isn't "How can I spend less?" It's "What investment will create the biggest return over the next 12 months?" Growth comes from intentional investment, not constant contraction.

love all your stories and how they teach a lesson...been a story teller myself all my 40 years in the off line business world... it especially elevated to another level 18 years ago when I opened up a youth soccer business and coached at the college leve...my players and parents loved the lessons they taught...within the stories I always ask questions to them and they find themselves relating and actually answering their own questions on their minds...I actually crafted 5 specific questions that I always ask...love this method...I do the same now in my online business...thank you for your insights
