There are some small differences, but the proteins are intact, meaning if your baby tolerates one well, they will likely tolerate the other. How was your baby’s poop on similac 360 total care (not sensitive)? Was it thinner? Or was it pasty? As always, every baby is different and what’s “best” is what baby tolerates. I’m very reluctant to change something that’s working as a pediatric NP.
