Yall old chicken not rancid. Just cause it’s a couple days old doesn’t mean you can’t eat it. Just use a recipe high in salt and cook for a longer time. The chicken hasn’t gone bad, it just isn’t fresh

Not gonna lie that’s what I do. If it’s questionably old meat. Clean it throughly, season it heavy and cook it long and slow. braises, roasts, stews, brined and smoked
