I was 13 and my mom wike up to find me lighting the grill at 2am. She aske what i was doing and i said " cooking a hot dog, want one?" So we sat on the deck and ate hot dogs. Its one of my favorite memories.

One of the most amazing things about moving out is realising that food doesn’t have to involve anxiety, arguments and yelling. If food goes wrong you just start again and nobody screams or panics.

there is a shop at the bottom of my road. (maybe 2 mins walk downhill) it closes at 8. i called to my mum that i was going to the shop at 7:15 and she told me, it’s far too late, it’ll be shut when u get there

I’m a night owl. Completely sluggish all day then once it’s night I’m wide awake (even tho I sleep at night) idk I just feel alive at night. It’s a much better time to do stuff in my opinion. I will literally cook a whole meal at 1am and shower at 2am. I have no clue why I’m like this but it’s great.😭
