As a former bouncer, when you're dealing with untrained and over aggressive average Joe's, when the first jab lands they think you got lucky and pretend to be into it, when the second jab lands they think something is wrong. When the third jab lands, usually, they decide this is a bad choice. At least for me, number four is a right straight.
