That's horrible, have you ever thought about buying used cars from Hertz, my uncle used to buy cars from them his thing was it had a maintenance report & the price was way cheaper than a car lot.🧐 🤔❓❓❓

Man this happens every week to us. Just last week we bought a 2019 Highlander, 4.6 CR. Pictures of the dash were taken with the car turned off. Got it in and there’s Christmas lights on dash and car needs new engine😂 and scratches and dents throughout the car. 4.6 CR😂😂 and hiding lights in pictures. Straight up criminal

Run back thru the auction. Or move it to another auction. But you now have $500. To $1000 in fees. There is no winning. Condition Reports do not cover Mechanical Issues.WTF !!!

Auction doesn't make money if a deal gets unwound, so they stick it to the buyer more often than not. And, in recent years, for an extra fee they guarantee a sale, the seller has no liability if it's arbitration, the auction takes on the liability. So, there's no longer any neutrality in arbitration, the auction is both the "Judge" and the "Defendant" so to speak.
