No. They’re seasoned. Close enough that another party can’t camp in between. But far enough for space. They know it’s a holiday and will get crowded. This is perfect

On holidays I expect for the beach to be packed so I don’t mind it, but if the beach is empty then is a little annoying but I know the beach is public so people will seat whenever they want

i usually go early in the morning and put my things down exactly where I know the waves will stop, tourist season starts and they get the spot in front of me for one hour when suddenly the tide rises and their things get all wet and give me side eyes and sometimes they're bold enough to ask me to move 😂
