This is how I write too, it's the conflict you can see but requires them to fundamentally change their perceptions of the world in order to overcome. It creates a complex narrative but you've got a fine line to balance between keeping the character relatable whilst also maintaining engagement with their journey. Definitely fun and interesting to explore. 😃
