Coppell has a lot of inventory right now a lot more than I’ve seen in the last 5 years and some homes have been on the market for a while so good time to find a gem in Coppell. I’ve also noticed that people are fixing and sprucing up the homes in prep for listing which wasn’t being done 2 years ago.

There are a few parts of Little Elm that are zoned for Frisco ISD. Those neighborhoods can be a good value and closer to the Star.

My husband works in uptown in office 5 days a week. Our budget is around a million and we currently live in east Dallas but would love to cut down his commute. I would love to stay in east Dallas but I don’t know much about the west side neighborhoods. Any advice on area?
