I feel like, Dax Flame as a (non fiction) character is misrepresented as man vs self, since man vs self is very commonly included as a supplement to the other types of conflicts, even though it CAN be the primary conflict. Dax is more like Man vs. Society, as his videos are all about how, with his antisocial tendencies, he exists within society, being viewed as ‘awkward’ or ‘uncomfortable’ but upon deeper look, there is nothing fundamentally wrong with what he does, and can often times push the viewer to question societal norms about what is normal and uncomfortable, and that does include it’s fair share of introspection by Dax, but Man vs Society takes priority
