Two officer have tasers. Why are we relying on a less effective spray? You can hear the wind, plus he’s shirtless even if he’s a deadhead which I doubt it’s still going to lock him up and prevent the whole fight

One cop was doing a great job of deescalating and then that other cop just had to keep on pushing the man. The guy was in the wrong but the one cop seemed like he was trying to amp the guy up so he could do something. One cop was trying not to use force and the other one couldn’t get an excuse fast enough.
