I bought the small Etta in Napa leather and received the pebble leather one. Customer service was awful and said it was sold out and they won’t restock. I went to my local coach store to return the bag and she tracked down the one I wanted and called that store and got it shipped to me! Coach customer service sucks but the sales associates are fantastic!
