supafast is intentionally designed as an undercoat for top premium paints like vinyl matt and silk but it used only on water based paints so yes super fast can be used as an undercoat

hapa nayo sijakubaliana na ww super fast ni top coat paint under trade grade group but mostly painters tend to use it kama undercoating becoz of it's hiding power but it is not an undercoat we have duracoat emulsion undercoat which is for both interior and exterior
