Mo is a great guy, great runner and he was always proud to wear the British kit, however this also brings to mind the British runners who didn't get selection for International races, because Mo took a selection place. Won't say any names but I know a runner who missed out on a British vest because of Mo.

My dad came from Somali to the uk in the 50s worked his whole life in the steel industry in Sheffield died at 64 due to the job he did in the steel industry 🥲 we as his children own our property’s have highly payed jobs and we we’re brought up in a council house and being mixed raced times were hard but our parents taught us were hard-work would get you 🥰

Mo Farah is a fabulous athlete and a credit to both the UK and Somalia. As a child he was trafficked into this country and turned his life round due to his talent and sheer hard work.
