How I incorporate omega and peptides in my haircare routine and diet. I eat foods rich in omega fatty acids. Like sardines, flaxseeds, chia seeds, I like to sprinkle a lil bit in my shake. I also use mostly hair oils rich in fatty acids, oils that penetrate the hair shaft. Peptides I use copper peptides in my haircare products.

Genetics or not, you still have to take care of your hair. Genetically I have really long and thick hair, but as of right now I do not. I ruined it and now Im fixing it back with products and tools.
