@fitnesswherever: What’s the most important part of a house? The foundation. Without it everything collapses. What is the foundation of the human body? The feet and the ankle/calves. If we don't have strong and stable feet and ankles then we're going to fall eventually. This is a great exercise for ankle strength. It's better to do one leg at a time so that we can get the correct range of motion at the ankle, as you'll see in the video. Also this approach builds a little bit of balance at the same time.
