Can anyone answer this question I’m five days out meniscus surgery. My leg feels so swollen. It’s so hard to do the exercises I’m supposed to be doing. Is it OK to do them just from a chair because I don’t think I can get on the floor and get back up I’m so afraid of getting scar tissue if I don’t get this leg moving

I am now 3 months post op and I can promise you life gets so much better yet when your in the middle of it no one can convince you it does. I have up and down days and the swelling will always be your worst enemy but take it at your own pace and don’t compare your progress to anyone else’s because it’s never ever the same. You got this and just continue to believe in yourself because your body is stronger than your mind!
