This probably could’ve been avoided if they had gone to the neighbor BEFORE going on vacation and just given them a heads up that they were going to be gone. That’s the neighborly thing to do. They probably wouldn’t have cared.

Your city must not have a limit. Cars in Des Moines Iowa and surrounding areas have to be moved every 24 hours to avoid tow.
