My soil is high Clay content. I've been leaving milie stalks, roots, and other plant material under grass cuttings to feed the soil, but ever year seems to be a new start, like random good or bad crops. I'm doing no till but I'm wandering if I should rather buy a cultivator and mix everything up? suggestions?

That's true. choosing the best or make variety of crops for your mixture is key. inclusion of legumes and turnips benefits the soil
