I would wait to take them until the next time your back hurts. Better yet I would ask the doctor that you just saw for Flexeril. Take one of those and that should fix it and you’ll have about 30 of those you can take when you have back pain or sciatica

I don’t blame you. I have health insurance and was still billed $27k for a surgery. It’s a scam. I was told that the rates Cigna negotiated with the hospital were expired so now I’m stuck with the bill. Crazy.

The healthcare system is expensive for sure. I’d have to run the numbers but you might be on to something.

For about five years before I reach 65 years old, I did not have insurance and it did what you did pay as you go and I found it very reasonable. Even the medical merge places were fine and the bloodwork was cheap but I did get hospital insurance so directly from the hospital.

I have created a whole medicine wall for that kind of situation. My thoughts are Don’t put medicine in your body if you don’t need it for sure.

TAKE THE MEDROL PACK or that inflammation could come back in a few days even worse. Ibuprofen/NSAIDS, daily. If you need imaging, always get 3 quotes, some MRI centers $800 cash. You're much braver than I.
Both my daughter (21) & I had ambulance rides and surgeries 20 days of eachother 🤦🏻♀️
