White ppl don’t understand that Spanish doesn’t have the same gendered language as English, Latino, when used to refer to the entire people, is gender neutral, when used to refer to men, it’s masculine 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️

It sounds off but I always use Hispanic. (I’m 3rd gen Latina, I guess.) I don’t identify as Latina, just American with Hispanic background. (But even that isn’t true bcuz I don’t grow up with any Hispanic stuff at home.) I keep it like that to keep ppl guessing.
