I hired two people off Upwork and one I loved but didn’t do enough videos in the allotted time. Then the other added all sorts of sounds, motions, etc 😅 not at all the style I requested. I want to say I paid $10-15 an hour.

I am 1400 a month bit am going to be ending. The editing is okay but when you calculate out the per video cost it is not worth it to me. The very best my VA could do is 12 videos in a 4 hour session. Usually 8 or 9. When you calculate it out you just have to decide if it’s worth it

I suggest you also do trials with them!!! Have them edit 3 videos to see if they are a good fit because I had a bunch of flops… simple directions couldn’t be followed for some reason.. I use Upworkkkk though.
