a search warrant could have been issued for the original misdemeanor charges because he failed to appear in court. However, in reviewing the public case information, the cases were filed on 6/30. The Officer on file for the cases is noted as BCI (which is out of the ordinary for misdemanor public indecency cases). One hypothesis is that the original charges may have stemmed from something that occurred or was witnessed online & occurred in the presence of minor children, therefore was turned over to BCI due to their ability to leverage the required personnel, resources & technology to identify the subject in question. The other plausible explanation was that a bench warrant was issued for FTA for the original charges & once law enforcement arrived & observed (smelled) conditions, they obtained the additional /search warrant. Still looking to see what else I can find
