fun fact: even if you're not doing it the right way it is still delicious .

🥲 It tastes different with Nissin Graham crackers and Philippine mango. Not sure if you can find them there but if you do, try making it with them. Nissin is more cinnamon-y(?) and Phil mangoes are less tart and more smoothie like.

If you want to try an authentic one, find Philippine mangoes if you can. That kind of mango you have is not nearly as good as what we have here in the Ph. I have American relatives who used to say they don't like mangoes. I thought it was weird because how could they not? Then I got to taste the type they have there in the US ans it just can't compete with Philippine mangoes.

You can always adjust the amount of condensed milk depending on your sweetness preference. Tip: You can also add mango purée to the whipping cream for a stronger mango flavor.

People in here don't understand the context of her getting into this recipe. She has a mango tree and wants to consume them in so many ways that's why she's here making this. She's not looking for an authentic one to use store-bought mangoes you keep telling her 😂

To get the best mango flavor, we dice the mangoes in smaller cubes and incorporate it in the cream, then add some mango toppings as well. Also, the mango should be the yellow ones. It will even be better. The mango you used is delicious but it has an after taste.

The mangoes doesnt look right. It looks tough. That kind of mango we eat right away with something salty. Not the ones we use for desserts. Sorry. Philippine mangoes are like sweeter version of ripe peaches that just melts in your mouth without the sorta grainy feels.

next time, make sure your mangoes are over riped. its even better. i can see that your mangoes are ripe but not that ripe yet. mush em and mix it with the cream. you can top sliced mango on top later.

After taking it out of the fridge, you're supposed to set it aside, preferably on an open window. Leave it for like 5mins...so I can take a slice. 😂

You can put less condensed milk or not put any at all. The heavy cream is enough
