Get a piano dolly. You can rent them at hardware stores. Then you only need one other person. I’ve moved three pianos with just two people up stairs. They’re amazing.

Do not open first. Get a couple of furniture dolleys from home depot then get 3-4 guys to put on dolleys and guide to your door and into your house.

Wait chrome is not heavy. The wood box is heavy. 1. Open the box 2. remove chrome bookshelf 3. move the chrome bookshelf without the heavy wooden box.

Buy a PVC pipe. Cut it into 3 foot sections to make rollers. Then you’ll be able to move it.

Just return it and then they have to come all the way back and take it back and then re-purchase it and add where they have to set it up. Bring it in.

Make a post on Next Door. Ask for 4 neighbor guys to come help you move it. If you get at least 1 guy respond, he might be able to call his buddies. I wouldn’t unbox it until after you move it, since the crate has handles.

Call a local moving company. I bought a giant super heavy sectional couch on marketplace and couldn’t move it from the Home Depot van to my basement. I found a local moving company and 3 guys came and moved it in less than 30min. It cost like $250 but so worth it.
