The argument is that the Croatian player only touched it with his hair and since ball speeds and trajectory hasn’t moved after he touched it with his hair it shouldn’t be offside because fifa rule sais hair touch dosent count as playing the ball if it’s mouvement isn’t affected

If it’s touched only by hair (and he’s got short hair anyway) it’s not considered as a touch, unless it’s changed the direction in any way. As a referee you should read and understand that rule.

This is not correct. FIFA rules state that hair touch can keep offside activated if ball chamges direction, spin etc.... Otherwise, minimal touch by the hair where ball direction stays unchanged does not count as new action and activates new offside trap. In that order, this goal should stand

The problem is that you can’t be sure that the hair that was touching the ball was still on his head. It could have been a fly for that matter. It just isn’t clear. So it was a wrong decision!

Can you explain why the hair of the attacker triggers the sensor but the head deflection from the defender doesn’t trigger? The graph only shows one clear spike yet apparently there were 2. And we can only see one
