Nd when the baby is hungry the mother produces thick milk with fats, when the baby is thirsty the mother produces light milk full of water and ions, when the baby is sick the mother produces milk with antibiotics, anti inflammatory etc... how wonderful is that?

The glands in the nipple also “reads” the baby’s saliva, and detects if the baby is starting to become sick, dehydrated, etc, and creates milk to help fix the issues. It adds more water, more fat, more antibodies, and can even tailor the antibodies to the type of illness.
