@astarreea: Fur removed from a furreal friend Lulu cat. I bought it broken off Facebook marketplace. Originally this didn’t work at all because the battery compartment was covered in rust. I cut wires and connected it to a new battery pack to make it work again. I had to remove all of the fur to access the wires. Leg broke in the process. #animatronic #robot #hasbrotoys

My mom got me one of these for college bc I missed being able to have a pet (the collegic housing wouldn't allow them). It was a really sweet gesture on her part, and at the time it was not a cheap one. These are really great for people with dementia to have the comfort of a pet without the unpredictability/maintenance of a real pet.
