this mqde me cry. Im in my twenties and deeply struggled throughout my life with how I look. It hurts seeing you upset. You are my little sister and I hope and pray you feel better. I feel robbed of my younger years as I punished myself in so many ways.. academically and job wise and I hateee tp say it but even now I struggle. May Allah make it easy for us. You are a beautiful gem allahummbarik. whenever I feel heavy I need to take a breather and tell myself life is just a test and even if it doesn’t still sink in.. Allah knows how we truly feel.

i just feel so fucking tired of it all. i constantly seek indirect reassurance from everyone, even random people on the street, hoping that if they see me as pretty or special, then i am worthy of existing. and when i get the reassurance, my whole sense of self relies on the person giving it to me. i get anxious and want constant feedback that i am allowed to exist. if i don’t get it i spiral and hate myself even more and convince myself that i am unlovable, when that’s objectively not true, but it FEELS like it.

hafsa i’m not gonna sit here and compliment you on every way i think your beautiful but from the past 7 months ive been watching your videos and you’ve inspired me so much in many ways whether it’s about wearing the hijab or becoming a better version of myself. no matter how insecure we feel about ourselves it doesn’t really change the kind of person we are in other people’s eyes. we notice all our flaws but ignore the parts of us that are actually beautiful. Allah created us in the best form even when we don’t see it. it’s not easy to change the way we see or feel about our body but focusing on the good little things in life help make a difference. i don’t think you realise how much you inspire all your followers including me. you’re such a genuine , honest influencer and i love that about you but whatever you’re doing keep it up allah is always with you and so are we.❤️

this is gen how I’m feeling rn . I never believe compliments from ANYONE cuz I genuinely think they’re lying or tryna make me feel better. I never want to look in a mirror I acc think im the ugliest girl in the world. Every time someone looks at me I think they’re either judging me for my looks or anything abt me.
