You’re looking really good and your scar seems to be healing well. Other than the diuretic and compression socks, I like you kept my feet up but what helped the fluid retention was going for short walks to get my circulation moving when you feel up to it. Take care

Perhaps phone your consultants secretary and mention it feels like it’s building up or your gp. They will advise you if your doing right etc but put your mind at ease 💖

Stay clear of any processed foods any foods that have salt in it and what you’re doing and keep your legs elevated obviously don’t add any sort to your food at the moment

Stay positive sweetheart I’m coming up to 4 years since my surgery I’m still on water tablets for water retention but it’s not a problem the pain in your chest is nerve pain and scar tissue it’s normal for this to happen but keep taking your pain relief as time goes on your recovery will get better don’t push anything steady pace finishes the race you’re doing great stay positive take care

On day 7 and put on 10kgs overnight 😳 my legs are so tight it feels like the skin is being ripped off the muscles. Ouch. Glad you’re doing better xx
