Everyone judging her for how she got the medication she NEEDED is completely ignoring the issue. The pharmacy SHORTED HER, and was CAUGHT. That’s the problem!! If that wasn’t happening she would not have been put in this situation to begin with!

I think it’s crazy that I called them one day to see if they had addherol back when there was an addherol shortage and they would always tell me they had like a small fraction of my prescription left to fill it. I asked if I could get the pills that they had and then when they get more come back and get the rest. They told me no….. they could give fill it with the small fraction of my script, but if I filled it they won’t replace the remainder that I was shorted. I just always thought that was janky af!

Yeah , they shorted me 100, yes,, 100 pills on a 90 days supply ! Didn’t say a word ! I got home and knew this wasn’t correct ,, called them and they were like ohh , the pharmacist made a mistake ,, I’m confused how you make that big of a mistake

CVS shorted me 30 pills! It was supposed to be 60. I got home and looked at the prescription and noticed. I went right back and they took care of it gave me the missing pills. But I don’t like CVS. Don’t use them anymore.

First, immediately call the Pharmacy Manager or Pharmacist-in-Charge at the pharmacy where you filled the prescription. Pharmacists keep rigorous inventory records and can investigate the discrepancy by recounting stock, verifying daily logs, and reviewing security camera footage

Walmart did that to me once. I called them they counted their inventory. Replaced the missing meds and gave me a $20 gift card. It happens
