@newfinderwindow: i keep meeting this guy at this beach. he mentions one thing everytime and that's crystal cove will always be quite, private and clean because of 1 reason, you have to pay to get in. a $15 fee or $195 annual pass is enough to filter the park's visitors. it also happens to be enough to maintain the grounds to their picture perfect cleanliness
