danyplesca :

the eu should fix the ram issue aswell

moxoouxers :

eu should have made a law to make paying to play online illegal

Paradise Island :

I WILL NOT BUY DIGITAL GAMES ANYMORE - I WILL NOT BUY GTA 6

Miti2.0 :

no disc no money

veggie93baby :

If digital games is the future, then the licence should be playable on all platforms. For example: if you buy gta6 digitally then it should be playable on all platforms.

idk :

This sony decision is an actual gold mine for eu laws now that they have monopoly on ps5 games they either have to allow other market place which would genuinly end sonies revenue if they allowed steam or they have to brung back discs

zuus :

#EUdosomething

spicygayunicorn :

yeah they wouldn't force sony to make physical games. at best they might force them to make it possible for other companies to make disks

17718383818 :

Btw the creators of Baldur's Gate 3 also stood up against this decision

Dragon :

trust physical edition consoles about to skyrocket in price in 2028.

Puszland :

eu is useless when it's needed

baxterb09 :

90% of sales digital... who cares

Kiril_Petr0v :

why is noone addressing the fact that you need to pay to play online games even though you already paid for a console the game wifi and now you need a ps+

Arth :

they won't do anything as it's also about saving waste. producing cds isn't nothing

𓆩𓆪 Divine øf the ⁹ᵗʰ Circle :

Sony Microsoft steam and any other platform do not dictate the prices of games it is the developers and the publisher it’s very rare that the platform make the price take GTA6 for example that’s not a decision made by the platform it’s been priced by take two interactive who own rockstar
