@Wayfair I provided your customer service team with a death certificate for my late wife’s account after a $29 membership charge was just deducted from my bank account.
She passed away in September 2025. Every other company has refunded similar charges without question. Wayfair is the only one refusing.
This is not acceptable. Charging deceased customers’ accounts after being notified of their death should not be your policy.
