Yo Jacob, I’ve been going to the gym consistently and working my ass off, usually doing 2 sets to failure. The problem is I can’t recover. Every time I train a muscle group, it stays sore for days, even though I’m eating enough protein and carbs and still have no energy when I wake up idk what to do anymore
