Idk how it is other places, but just to upgrade to a Real ID is $50, its $250 to apply for/ get mailed your passport and it takes 3 to 6 months. Its $33 to get a new birth certificate...people don't even have money for groceries and this is what they charge for documents and its all fees for "labor" and cost of paper and bs like...its insane
