I hate being this person. No dust bag on skill saw, stairwell protection non existent and sweeping the plot creating all that dust. I get your on price but health and safety on sites these days are either OTT or non existent

I always thought they would plaster board the ceiling in one then put up the stud walls….. is that not allowed? Isn’t it a pain boarding all those rooms individually

Fair play to you this would have taken me 10 hours, it helps when you got a good labourer you can bung £50 to load out the plots for ya for a couple hours saves so much time

joiners ,hardest workers ,most skilled workers ,and absolutely brilliant problem solvers . did the house bashing for years now I'm installing and remediating fire doors.Its easy clean inside work for excellent money if you're any good 😁.

I'd be surprised if you get a few 1st fixes in a row to do ....they wanted to flood the jobs with carpenters to meet their programmes and get their bonuses. is it the same now ?

At least you can make the stairs up first then lift them in, it’s a bugger when they won’t and have to build in situ, that’s the time lost right there.
