Agar Court ko kisi Advocate ki salahiyat ya conduct par aitraaz ho to qanoon ke mutabiq maamla competent Bar Council ko refer kiya ja sakta hai. Khuli adalat mein "20 saal se practice kar rahe hain aur vakalat ki ABC bhi nahi pata" jaisay alfaaz istemal karna judicial decorum aur Advocate ki professional dignity ke mutabiq munasib nahi.

واقعی اگر یہ وکیل ہوتا تو جج کی منہ بند کر سکتا ۔کیوںکہ ABC جج کو یاد ہونا چاہیے وکیل کو نہی۔جج جیس قانون کے تحت وکیل کو یہ کہ رہا ہے
