I actually don't like the way steam does it. The scarlet letter, as slopweeney calls it, should be right at the top. Currently steam just has them put a lil note at the bottom. It's not enough.

ai is not a product people want to buy. "guys, people dont want to buy my sweaty and suspiciously crusty socks. its not fair that i have to tell you that theyre suspiciously crusty. it hurts my sales." they keep ignoring the fact that there is a super simple solution: dont use ai and people will be more interested.

UE5 has GenAI built in now and it’s a headline feature for UE6. Pretty sure whether you want to use it or not, every UE6 will use GenAI, Epic isn’t letting the developers opt out.

I haven't messed with the game in a while, but is there evidence of AI in Fortnite? I haven't heard about it, but that was the main conclusion I drew from his statement. Either way, not a good look for Epic

truuuuue, IMO if you want to do 40-60% of the work you deserve 40-60% percent of the sales. I also believe that if you use AI you shouldn't be able to sell the game at triple A prices.
