I quit Wells Fargo over 25 years ago basically because of the same damn thing and then when I try to get my money out to switch banks, they were gonna charge me for quitting their bank. No, that’s not happening.

as someone who works at a bank, i completely agree with you! i can’t speak for this bank but at mine there’s 2 different systems you have to check when it comes to debit cards but if you’re new it’s not something they tell you!! and the verification process is so irritating because where i work we have no access to fraud alerts so they make it impossible for us to help and the only thing clients can do is call the 800 number. BUT what we can do is call in for you and verify that you’re in front of us and then verify the transactions.
