@jeremyfunctionalfit: An approachable kettlebell circuit for newbies 🔥 If you want more of my training, you know where to look 😉 💪 When you’re first getting started, there are two things that will make the learning process a whole lot easier: 1. Focus on the basics. You might be thinking, “Well… obviously.” But you’d be surprised how quickly it’s tempting to chase the flashy exercises you see online. The basics are what everything else is built on. 2. Let your workouts be your practice. Every rep is an opportunity to improve your technique. You won’t perform every movement perfectly on day one, but you’ll leave each workout a little more confident than when you started. That’s why I like simple circuits like this. You get to squat, hinge, press, and move, all while getting in a great workout. The more quality reps you accumulate, the more natural kettlebell training starts to feel.
