I had Kit and my sister had Samantha but Felicity and Molly are fascinating. even named my oldest after the Molly doll (plus ya don't hear too many Mollys anymore)

the one time I got to go to Williamsburg I happened to be there when Valerie Tripp was doing a signing. I was 17 and I went full blown fangirl on the woman. Then one of the docents who had been there for years still remembered all the spots on the American girl themed tour they used to have pamphlets for so he marked all the spots on the map for me to visit, so like Jiggy Nye's field, Elizabeth's house, Felicity's house, the works. it made me so happy.

My daughter got a new outfit for her Felicity doll for Christmas! I snuck away when we were there at Thanksgiving and bought the dress that matched the one my mother in law bought for her.
