If I had to rebuild my sourdough kitchen from scratch, these are the first 5 things I’d buy again👌🏼 Are they absolutely mandatory to bake a loaf of bread? No.😂 But these are the products I reach for over and over again every time I bake👇🏼 1. Mason Cash Bowl: I am absolutely in love with this bowl. It’s stunning, incredibly well-made, and large enough that I can easily mix four loaves of bread at one time. Plus… if a tool is pretty, I’m way more likely to reach for it!😂 2. Dough Dissolve: If you’ve ever let sourdough starter or wet dough dry on a jar or a bowl, you know it basically turns into concrete. Just a few pumps of this into warm water breaks down the starch completely, making cleanup SO much easier. 3. Plastic Bench Scraper: This little $1 piece of plastic is easily the most-used tool in my kitchen. I’m actively trying to move away from plastic where I can, but I still haven’t found anything that works as well as these. They’re flexible enough to scrape every last bit of dough out of the bowl, and they’re perfect for handling sticky dough. 4. Bosch Mixer: An absolute beast when it comes to heavy doughs. I use mine constantly for bread, bagels, cinnamon rolls, and cookies. If you bake a lot, it is worth every single penny. 5. Rolling Flour Bin: If you buy flour in bulk, this is a must-have. It holds over 50 pounds of flour, rolls smoothly around the kitchen, and has a handy scoop that stores right inside the lid. ✨ HONORABLE MENTIONS: * My bread slicer (so I don’t squish my fresh loaves trying to cut them with a standard knife!) and it cuts perfectly even slices every time! * My Lanon silicone gloves (because if you’ve ever reached for a blazing hot 500° Dutch oven… you know😬) Comment TOOLS below and I’ll instantly DM you the direct links to everything mentioned here!🌾
