While the hotel was clean and the staff was generally friendly, the pricing and billing were extremely misleading. When I checked in, I was told the all-inclusive option was $100, but it was never explained that this was $100 per person, per day. That should have been made clear upfront. There was also inconsistent pricing for the airport shuttle. The front desk quoted me $21 USD, but later the gentleman handling transportation tried to charge me $100. I had to point out what his coworker had just told me before the price was corrected. Finally, I originally booked for two people but ended up traveling alone. I notified the hotel in advance by email, yet I was still charged for two guests. Overall, the lack of transparency and inconsistent pricing left a very negative impression. I recommend confirming every charge in writing before agreeing to any additional services.
